How to Order Custom Pins:

1. Choose the process you want to use - Cloisonné (Hard Enamel) or Photo Etched (Soft Enamel)
2. Determine the total quantity desired.
3. Select a size.
4. Choose the attachment - Butterfly Clutch or Safety Pin Back
5. Send us your artwork, logo, sketch or concept (hard copy or e-mail).
6. Mail or fax your order (allow 6-8 weeks delivery on custom orders).

Tips: All enameled emblems require that thin base metal lines must separate each color.
Very small letters and details are best done in base metal (gold or silver).

Minimum order - 300 pins.
No die charge.
Price includes either a butterfly clutch or safety pin back.
Interior holes or cutouts are extra.

Styles:

Cloisonne (hard enamel)
Each design is stamped into copper. The recessed areas are filled with a glass-based enamel. The emblems are then baked and polished. A thin metal line must separate each color. All emblems are hand polished to a glossy shine, then plated in either gold or silver.

Photo etched (soft enamel)
Each design is chemically etched into brass. The recessed areas are filled with plastic based enamel. A thin metal line must separate each color. All emblems are then plated in either gold or silver with or without a clear epoxy coating.
